These terms cover using this website. They do not cover the terms of a photography session itself — those live in the Session Booking Agreement you sign before we shoot.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share this site. Please don't attempt to break it, scrape it, or use the inquiry form to send spam or anything unlawful.

The photographs are ours

Every photograph on this site was taken by J.R. Photography and remains our copyrighted work. You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, crop, apply filters to, or republish them — including for commercial use, stock libraries, or training software — without our written permission.

If you're a client pictured here, the photographs from your own session are yours to share personally under the terms of your release. We ask that you don't crop or edit them, and that you credit J.R. Photography when you post them.

An inquiry is not a booking

Sending the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date and it does not confirm a session. A session is booked only when we've confirmed it with you directly and the Session Booking Agreement is signed.

Session terms are separate

Pricing, deposits, rescheduling, weather, how many photographs you receive, and when you receive them are all covered by the Session Booking Agreement and the Photo Release and Consent Form. Those documents govern the session. Nothing on this website changes them.

Pricing on this site

J.R. Photography currently operates on a donation basis while building its portfolio. Any pricing or service information shown here can change, and what's written on this site is not a binding quote.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we make no guarantee that everything on it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available. It's provided as-is.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else — our Instagram, for instance — we aren't responsible for the content or the privacy practices of that other site.

Privacy

What happens to information you send through this site is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. When we do, we'll change the date at the top.
